Guess what?! It’s time to start practicing for our Easter Cantata! With last year being my very first cantata…EVER, I anxiously awaited this year’s announcement!
Must say, last year I was REALLY going outside of my comfort zone and really had a great time learning, singing with wonderful folks and most of all-listening to the veteran vocalists giving helpful hints.
This year, I’ve had a dear friend ask if I intended to again participate in this year’s Cantata. Without hesitation, I replied “YES!” To my complete happiness, my dear friend turned to me, and said “I’m praying about doing it too!” Oh! The joy that ran through me was utterly pure joy! Gave her a hug and told her I’d keep her in my prayers as well.
