Today I have been proofing the new church photo directory! Can’t wait to have this task done – and get us one step closer to having completed ones in hand!
As I view the pictures, I feel like the proud matriarch of a family. Some pics stir pride in me seeing the strength in you. Others bring a tear to my eye because life has brought change or because the picture is just so precious! And there are times I feel a tinge of regret, because I see a spot where one of you should be, and I just hope that when we update our directory, we find a way to include your portrait!
You see, we’re all in this together. I’m stronger when I have you reminding me Who holds my hand. My tears, my regret, don’t hurt so bad when you pray for me. My smile is brighter when I see His love reflected in your face!
