Just this past Saturday, six wonderful hostesses, and the women of First Christian church threw a baby shower for our family, and our coming little one. I’ve known that God is good, I’ve said it a hundred or a thousand times. God is good. But let me tell you, when the church decides that it wants to spring into action, to love and to bless, it has that amazing gift to make the goodness of God so known, so perfectly apparent that you can’t miss it even if you tried. God is good.
We are so blessed, and overflowing with gratitude for your generous gifts, your kind words, and continuing care for us that shows your love and support. We love you back. Thank you church… a hundred, a thousand times.
