How do you join the Church ? 

 

During the worship service, following the sermon 

the minister will invite anyone wishing to join the church to 

come forward during the hymn.

 

 

ANY person who has been a member of another congregation (of any denomination) 

and has been baptized will be received by transfer of membership. 

The minister will ask for a reaffirmation of faith in Jesus Christ.

 

 ANY person who has not been a member of another congregation 

may come forward and confess their belief in Jesus Christ.

You  will be asked to make a confession of faith with a response to the following question: 

“Do you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God, 

and accept him  as your Lord and Savior?.” 

Upon this confession, baptism will be arranged

(usually during in the next week's worship service).
