Thank you for agreeing to be greeters for the month of June!  I realize there may be conflicts that may keep you from being present to greet.  PLEASE contact me or call the church office and let us know.  We will be keeping track of whom to expect weekly.  Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

 

The hospitality ministry is grateful for your gifts of friendliness that just might help someone not only find Sunday school classes, but maybe the Lord as well.

 

Those of you who have never served in this capacity before, you will need to know the following:

 

1.       Meet at the Guest Information Desk (located near the

             bathrooms) 7:40 (for 8:00), 8:45 (for 9:oo), and 9:45 (for 10:15)

 

2.         Please, it's import to always check in at the Guest Information   

             Desk, get a  name tag, and green smiley face sticker.

     

3.       Either myself (Pastor Matt, Jerry, or either Dorothy, Judy, or Andrea) who work the desk this month will be able to direct you to the place where you will be greeting, opening doors, guiding, or passing out bulletins. 

   

4.       Being prompt to serve is Extremely helpful to us!

 

5.       We are becoming known as a very welcoming congregation, thanks to kind and gracious Christian like yourself who treat everyone who walks through our doors like they have V.I.P. status.

7.       Some of you may have been scheduled to serve at both Sunday school as well as before late service worship, some only during Sunday school, I'm leaving it up to you to remember.  Call if you aren't sure.
