Wow! What fun! Friday, September 6, 2019 I shall never forget. I have been a Grammi for four “grandparents days” since my first grandchild, Tucker has been born. Now I have two, Kennedy became a little sister on May 26, 2019.
Anyway, back to September 6! For grandparents day, Tucker’s learning school invites grandparents to their school to read, mingle and play and most of all, have some fun with the kiddos. I began to read at 9:45 am, I introduced myself, mentioned I was “Grammi” to Tucker, where I lived, etc. The class was very responsive as I began to read the book “How to Babysit a Grandma!” For Tucker and me, it was the best choice (thanks Judy Bev!!)
Long story short, this event will become an annual event that I will look so forward to!
