I am already starting to pre-plan for VBS even though it is months away. There are several planning steps to make a successful VBS and it will be here before I know it. Our journey toward eternity needs to have an active plan too. Some might say a large portion of their journey toward eternity is in the past but Jesus said nobody retires until I bring you home. We always need to be heading in the right direction to make a continual difference. Your plan may include service within your church family or engaging in random acts of kindness. But sometimes we can get distracted from being active Christ followers. It takes a whole team to train up the next generation to be followers of Christ. They need to witness the love outpouring from us seasoned Christians for them to go out and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. You never know when someone’s eternity is right around the corner but developing your own plan to show Jesus here on earth is something you can do today and what a difference it can make.
